e) If there are links and redirects to content, applications, platforms or sites belonging to third parties within the Site/Application, all responsibilities regarding the privacy policies of the content accessed through the relevant links or redirections belong to the owners of the relevant content.

f) The statistical and technical information regarding the preferences and other uses of Users/Members regarding the Site/Application are stored by using cookies on the Site/Application and the information collected may be used without anonymization for any purpose. Users/Members will be able to cancel the cookie/cookie collection option from their browsers.

g) Personal data that may be included in the pages accessed and/or viewed via deniziskender.com and, unless otherwise stated, personal information of Users and Members will not be disclosed to companies and third parties that deniziskender.com does not cooperate with.

h) The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that, in the event that he/she is a natural person resident in the European Union, the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and its secondary regulations and the decisions and regulations of the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied to his/her personal data, that Turkish domestic law will be applied in all legal issues that may arise without regard to conflict of laws rules, that the European Union Directive No. 85/46/EC and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that will enter into force in the European Union in May 2018 will not be applied, and that he/she waives any request for the application of the conflict of laws rules of the Turkish Law on International Private and Procedural Law.

i) Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, the Member has the right to learn whether his/her personal data has been processed by applying to deniziskender.com via registered e-mail (KEP), to request information about it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, to request that the correction, deletion and destruction processes be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against the person by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automatic systems, and to request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

j) The privacy policy may be updated without any notification to the Members. For this reason, it is recommended that the Member review the privacy policy periodically.
